Starting to Submit Applications for Transferring Study Track Electronically for the Second Semester 2023-2024

The Dean of Scientific Research and Graduate Studies announces the start of submitting requests to transfer the study track from the comprehensive examination track to the thesis track and vice versa for the second semester 2023-2024, electronically through the Student Information System (SIS), starting from Wednesday, February 28, 2024 until today. Wednesday, 3-6-2024. No application will be allowed to be submitted after this date, and no paper application will be approved.

Note: Transfer applications for any specialization will not be considered unless a supervisor is available whose supervisory work permits this in accordance with the instructions.
