Submitting Process to IRB:

A: For funded research, the following documents are required:

• Fund application form
• IRB application form
• Informed Consent Form
• CVs of research team
• Copy of the questionnaire in both; Arabic and English language (if applicable)

All documents should be sent to the scientific research committee in the department, to review the scientific proposal and provide the evaluation report to the scientific research committee in faculty.
